This website and store are operated by SHDW Gallery Pty Ltd ("SHDW", "we", "us"), operating from Hong Kong. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bodeverse website and your purchases from the Bodeverse store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
You may browse the site without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account. Where we offer sign-in through a third-party service such as Google, that service's own terms also apply to your use of it. We may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these Terms.
Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify. Prices, currencies, taxes, and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed when we confirm the order. Payment card details are processed by Shopify's payment providers and never touch our servers. Some releases are limited or reserved for eligible customers, and any eligibility conditions are stated on the product page. We may cancel an order affected by a pricing or stock error, and we will refund it in full if payment was taken.
Shipping methods, delivery times, and our returns process are set out in the Shipping & Returns policy published on this site. That policy forms part of these Terms.
All artwork, characters, comics, text, logos, and other content on this site, including Cheech Wizard and Da' Lizard, are the property of SHDW Gallery Pty Ltd and its licensors, including the Bodē family. The content is made available for personal viewing only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content requires prior written permission.
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, scrape or bulk-download its content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its revision date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
