The Bodeverse website and store are operated by SHDW Gallery Pty Ltd, operating from Hong Kong. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. For anything privacy-related, contact us at info@bodeverse.com.
Orders and accounts: when you buy from the store or create an account, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order history. Checkout runs on Shopify, and payment card details are processed by Shopify's payment providers. We never see or store your card number.
Email signup: if you join our mailing list, we collect your name and email address.
Sign-in services: if you sign in with a third-party service such as Google, we receive your name, email address, and basic profile information from that service.
Site usage: like most websites, we receive standard technical data such as browser type, device, and pages visited, some of it through cookies.
We use your information to fulfil orders, run your account, send the emails you signed up for, improve the site, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations, including keeping required transaction records. We do not sell your personal information.
If you sign in with Google, we access only your basic profile: your name, email address, and profile picture. We use it solely to create and secure your account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below, as needed to operate your account. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
We share personal information only with the service providers that run this store: Shopify (checkout, orders, and customer accounts), Smootify (connects our storefront to Shopify), Klaviyo (our email list), Google (sign-in, where you choose it), and the carriers that deliver your order. Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
The site uses cookies that are needed for the cart and sign-in to work. Where we use additional cookies for analytics, you can control them through your browser settings.
We keep order records for as long as the law requires, account data while your account is active, and mailing-list data until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email we send.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Email info@bodeverse.com and we will respond.
Our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own. Where they do, they are required to protect it to the standards described in this policy.
The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
