We ship worldwide from Hong Kong, and every order is sent tracked. Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Drops and limited releases may state their own timeline on the product page, and that timeline applies to those orders.
Delivery estimates after dispatch: Hong Kong 1 to 3 business days, Asia 3 to 7, United States and Europe 7 to 14, rest of world 10 to 21. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are your responsibility.
If the carrier attempts delivery and the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to us. We will contact you when it arrives back. Re-sending the order is charged as a new shipment. If you choose a refund instead, we refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Email info@bodeverse.com before sending anything back and we will confirm the return address and process. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty. We do not offer exchanges: return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Original artwork and limited-edition prints are final sale. They can be returned only if they arrive damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return arriving back to us.
